Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actress whose name has gained acclaim because of her portrayal of powerful and yet fragile characters. Linney was born into a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney writing plays. Linney graduated from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City, 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started with her Broadway career. She was praised for her roles in Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
